Headquartered in the heart of Aberdeenshire, we have four manufacturing plants in Scotland from which we make mineral supplements and concentrates, produce blended feeds and cold-press rapeseed oil. Being the only privately-owned mineral manufacturers in Scotland means that we are in control of the high quality of our products. Our ability to respond promptly and sensitively to technical analysis ensures that our customers can access bespoke products formulated for their individual farm requirements.
For farmers who prefer a home-mixed ration, Norvite’s Mobile Mill & Mix lorries provides a simple, fast and reliable service direct on farm, with the latest technology offering electronic weighing of raw materials and an industry-leading mix dispersion quality of 1 part to 100,000.
Norvite attained Organic Accreditation in 2006 with its Ethos range of organic minerals and was also the first mobile milling operator in the UK to gain organic approval.
We have four Norvite Farm & Country stores – one at our headquarters near Insch, adjacent to our blending plant at Oldmeldrum, one near Aboyne and our latest within Bogenraith Equestrian Centre at Durris. Our stores cater for all animals, from livestock, poultry and horses to pets and wild birds and we pride ourselves on stocking the largest selection of feeds and supplements in the North East of Scotland. We also stock a range of quality country clothing, footwear and gifts.
